Thank you for considering a sponsorship for Artists FORE! Harmony's First Annual Golf Outing. Here are your options:
- Bronze package: $100 - Sponsor a hole!
The Sponsor will get a custom made sign, with their logo, telling all of the golfers that their business has sponsored this hole. The sign will be placed at the tee box (the starting point) of one particular hole. Additionally, the sponsor’s logo will be prominently displayed in the golf outing pamphlet as a Bronze contributor.
- Silver Package: $150 (6 available) - Sponsor a Game!
The Sponsor gets to choose which game they would like to sponsor (Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin or Longest Putt). The Sponsor will get a custom made sign, with their logo, telling all of the golfers that their business has sponsored this contest. The sign will be place before the tee box (the starting point) of the particular hole where the game is taking place. The sponsor’s logo will be prominently displayed in the golf outing pamphlet as a Silver contributor. Additionally, during the awards ceremony after the outing, the announcement of the prize will include the sponsor’s name. For example “And the winner of the Longest Drive contest, sponsored by XYZ company, is ….”
- Gold Package: $200 (4 available) - Sponsor a Hole In One Contest!
There are 4 Par 3 holes designated for the Hole In One Contest with each hole having a different prize. The four prizes are: a LCD Flat-Screen TV, a set of Big Bertha Irons (3-PW), 2 domestic roundtrip tickets and the grand prize is a $10,000 cash prize. The Sponsor gets to choose which hole in one they would like to sponsor. The Sponsor in no way will be responsible for the payout in the case that someone wins. Insurance has been purchased on all of the hole in one contests. The Sponsor will get a custom made sign telling all of the golfers that their business has sponsored this contest. The sign will be place at the tee box (the starting point) of the particular hole where the game is taking place. The sponsor’s logo will be prominently displayed in the golf outing pamphlet as a Gold contributor. Additionally, during the awards ceremony after the outing, if someone were to win, the announcement of the prize will include the sponsor’s name. For example “And the winner of the Hole In One Contest, sponsored by XYZ company, is ….” In the event that no one wins these contests, the sponsors will receive special acknowledgement during the awards ceremony.
- Platinum Package: $550
This package includes the Gold Package plus a foursome. This would normally cost $600 ($400 for the foursome plus $200 for the Gold Package). The Sponsor will also be specially acknowledged in the Golf Outing pamphlet as being a Platinum Contributor.
